Free delivery on orders ≥ $45 (Same-Day/Next-Day) . Orders under $45 or Instant delivery may include a small fee shown at checkout.
No strict minimum, but fees are lower/waived at $45+.
We’ll email/SMS a confirmation. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive live ETA or driver updates.
Choose a delivery speed at checkout. Precise time-slot scheduling is coming soon.
Add drop-off instructions at checkout (doorstep, concierge, neighbor). If a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver will call. Undeliverable orders may be rescheduled and can incur a redelivery fee.
We default to no substitutions unless you enable them at checkout. If enabled, we’ll replace with closest brand/size and adjust the bill.
Sturdy kraft paper bags with tamper-evident seals. Fragile jars are cushioned.
Phase-1 is shelf-stable only. Chilled/frozen and pooja items roll out in later phases.
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, expired, or incorrect. Report within 24 hours for perishables (when offered) and 48 hours for shelf-stable items. Once inspected, refunds go to the original payment method.
